Visitor Questionnaire
During sign-in a Visitor may be required to complete a site relevant questionnaire prior to access being granted.
Such questionnaires may be required where there is possible entry to sensitive areas e.g., Food Production areas will require the Visitors to have completed a comprehensive health check questionnaire with a 100% pass.
Alternatively, if the Visitor was entering non-risk area(s) then a questionnaire may not be required.
