Email & SMS Alerts

When a Visitor signs into Sinica, the host will be notified via email and also optionally via SMS text when the Visitor has successfully signed in.

During the sign-in process if the Visitor cannot be automatically signed-in e.g. failed questionnaire, the host will be notified that their Visitor requires assistance with the sign-in process. Depending upon the reason, the host can override to accept or decline Visitor entry.

Additional alerts can be sent during the sign-in process to alert the host of any expired or due to expire Visitor / Contractor certification e.g., Contractor inductions.
