Sinica can be housed in a custom kiosk to display customer graphics/logos/livery/messages.
The magnetic front panel can be interchanged to facilitate:
• A specific customer welcome message
• Event information e.g Training course details
• Pandemic details e.g Images for Covid – face mask etc
Sinica will print a daily Visitor / Contractor badge to include:
• Visitor / Contractor name • Company • Host • Date and time signed in
Optionally the badge can be configured to print the location to be visited
• Offices • Full Site (possibly by an authorised Auditor) • Factory (once a valid induction has been passed) • Warehouse etc
A lead Contractor will also be presented with a Permit to Work badge receipt detailing:
• Permit number • Valid to and from date / time • Permit issuer • Location of work • Plant identification • Permit type(s) • Contracting Company • Additional Contractors / Sub-Contractors associated with the Permit
Sinica supports numerous RFID Card / Fob technologies.
Usage includes:
• Staff sign in / sign out
• Visitor override (where a visitor requires assistance)
• Permit to Work authorisation
• Emergency Roll Call activation
• Access Control
• Vending Machines
A single Card / Fob may be able to activate all the above
