Since its launch in 2011 Sinica Visitor & Staff Management has been a success in a variety of industry sectors and with the introduction of Sinica Permit to Work Manager in 2015 we now offer a comprehensive contractor compliance solution. The new Sinica Partner Program is designed to share our success with our partners and encourage mutual business growth. The tiered structure is designed to provide each of our partners with the resources to start selling Sinica solutions and to progress to different partner levels.
There are three Sinica Partner schemes, Referral Partner, Authorised Partner and Premier Partner. Choosing the correct partner scheme will depend on the level of both sales and technical support you require from Sinica and the resources you have available. The Referral Partner scheme is aimed at businesses such as consultants who make recommendations to their customers who may not be able to sell Sinica direct to their customers. Authorised Partners are expected to have the resources to proactively sell Sinica but may require support services from Sinica for Installations and end user support. Premier Partners are expected to have the resources to sell, install and provide end user support for their Sinica customers.
Sinica provides a number of resources for our partners to make sure they can maximise their Sinica potential including, dedicated Partner Manager, Partner portal, sales assistance & training, marketing resources and technical support. Authorised & Premier Partners also receive a days training and a complete Sinica demonstration kit including Sinica software and hardware (PC, RFID & Printer) as part of their initial partner fee.
